How do I know when you are Coming?

Every Sunday we will send out an email to all clients that will get serviced that week, our service week is Monday to Saturday. When you receive the reminder email it will only give you the expected day of service. We can not tell you what time we will be there because you are placed on a route for that day. So when you receive the email simply place your signed invoice and coupon in an envelope the day before and place the envelope at your front door.


Please ensure that all items around your home are at a safe distance from the sides to allow our crews access to the troughs, if items are placed or if there are obsticles hindering access cleaning may not be done in that area.




Both Member Clients and Coupon Clients

Once we receive your payment we will then send you a copy of your paid invoice. We will also send you a consent form both of which must be signed and sent back to us. In order to make it easy we have teamed up with Echo Sign, its an easy process one that must be completed in order to receive your service.

Member Clients

Starting November 1,2016 all Member Clients will recieve a consent form which allows us to be on your property in the event you are not at home. This consent form MUST be signed and returned in order to receive your service. The consent form will be emailed to you separately along with a copy of your paid invoice.

Coupon Clients

Starting November 1,2016 all coupon clients will recieve a consent form which allows us to be on your property in the event you are not at home. This consent form MUST be signed and returned in order to receive your service. The consent form will be emailed to you separately along with a copy of your paid invoice. We no longer need your physical coupon As you are required to enter the Groupon number into the redemption field. You will also authorize us to redeem your coupon after the service via the consent form

How will I know if you actiually did the work?

We do not ever expect our clients to climb up onto their roof to make sure we actually did the cleaning. So we take before and after pictures for you to view on our site. We also create a report that will highlight key areas of your roof and the elements that make it tick. The report usually takes a few days to post and when it does you will be sent an email with instructions on how to view your report. The report can only be viewed by you and is never made public.


What Are Your Payment Methods?

Starting November 1,2016 all payments must be made either through our online invoice or through E-Transfer. Every Client will be sent an online payable invoice from our processing partner Square Payments. This is a safe and easy way to pay.
For Payment we accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard and E-Transfers. We charge a 3% service fee for Visa and Mastercard. If you should need additional services while our crew is onsite, our crews are only allowed to accept up to $50 for additional services at the door, be it Cash, Visa or Mastercard.

Which ever way you wish to pay please remember that your payment is due on or before 3pm the Friday before your service week in order to ensure that you are placed on the schedule for the following week


I Purchased Your Deal On A Deal Site, do I owe you anything?

If you are a Coupon Client, meaning that you purchased a coupon from one of our deal site providers such as Groupon, you are still responsible for the HST on the deal itself. You will be sent an online payable invoice from our processing partner Square Payments. This is a safe and easy way to pay.

I Missed My Payment Cutoff, Now What Happens?

Our cutoff for the following week is Friday at 3 pm, if we do not receive your payment by then we will hold your order until the payment is received and then place you in the following week


What Happens If It Rains on My Service Date?

Nobody likes rain, especially us. If it rains we will contact you via email to let you know that your service was delayed. If we have openings within that week our crew will return to do your service. If we do not have any openings left for that week you will be placed for the following week and will receive another email that Sunday.


What Happens If The Troughs are Frozen on My Service Date?

Once the troughs freeze there is nothing we can do to service your home. We will contact you and let you know about the situation and then place you on our spring schedule to be cleaned. This also holds true for frost on the roof, although we may be able to return later in the day to complete your service.


There are a few items that are not included or may have an added charge to them. The following is a list that can help you in determining your added value.

What is NOT included in the service?
The basic service is for standard one or two story homes with low to low - med roof pitches and includes only the living space of your home. A Living space is usually the upper eaves of a two story home or the ridge line of a single story home. What is not included is the removal of leaf gaurds, extended garages or detached garages. Roof pitches that are Medium to Steep, porches, Flushing the system, detaching of the downspout. We do all of these items but there are added costs to them.

  • Homes with either walk out patios or above ground basements or have their garage under the home are considered 3 story homes and are subject to additional charges.
  • You have a porch or sunroom with it's own eavestrough
  • Attached garages are not apart of your home (living space) and as such have added value attached to them.
  • This deal is for low to low-medium pitch roofed homes, if your home has a medium to steep pitch there will be an added charge. To determine your pitch look at our guide located on our booking form beside "Roof Pitch"
  • Most homes have asphalt shingles, however if your home has cedar or concrete as well as metal tiles there will be an added charge.
  • System flushing which also includes the downspout are not apart of this deal and also has a separate charge

What Do We Consider a Three Story Home?
We consider a three story home, any home that has a walk out basement or an incline more than 20 degrees. Normally these homes may have two standard story living spaces but because of the elevation we would look at it as three. The rule that we follow is if you have to walk down from your patio doors to the ground then it is 3 stories, or if your standard story is greater than 9 feet.

I Live in a Townhouse/ Rowhouse Can You Service My Home?

If you live in a townhouse or row house, we must have direct access to both the front and back yards. We cannot go through your home or over fences. As we have large ladders in order to access your roof. If the roof pitch allows to access the back troughs we will attempt to access from the front of the home. Please note if you purchased a coupon and we attend your row house or townhome and it is determined that the roof pitch does not allow us to access the back we will then only clean what is accessable and redeem your coupon.
