Groupon Decides To Discontinue Their Relationship With MGS
On April 15, 2020. Groupon decided to discontinue their relationship with us after ten years.
What does this mean for existing clients that have open coupons for services that were postponed due to last fall's early freeze? Unfortunately because of Groupon's decision we will not be able to service you. We recommend that you contact Groupon for a refund. We have cancelled your service in our system and have given a credit within our system for any monies that you paid directly to us, (usually only the HST) which will be applied to your new booking automatically. We have also changed your client status to our member status which you will see a lower price than the Groupon that you paid for. We are truly sorry that Groupon made this decision at a time when Covid-19 is creating uncertainly in the world and we certainly had every intention of fulfilling our commitment to all of our clients.

Window Cleaning for the 2022 season has now been completed. Service will begin again April 17, 2023. Thank you to all of our clients, have a safe and fun winter and we will see you again next spring.
Report on Amendments, Extensions, and Revocations of Orders under the Reopening Ontario (A Flexible Response to COVID-19) Act, 2020 from December 2, 2021, to March 28, 2022
TORONTO — With key public health and health care indicators continuing to improve, the province wide vaccination rate now surpassing the targets outlined in the province’s Roadmap to Reopen, and on the recommendation of the the Chief Medical Officer of Health, the Ontario government is moving the province into Step Two of its Roadmap to Reopen at 12:01 a.m. on Wednesday, June 30, 2021.
What does this mean for MGS. We can start all inside service that has been forced to delay. With our clients in mind inside service will begin on July 13, 2021. This time frame will have given us enough time after our second vaccination to be totally protected. We ask that if you have not received your vaccines or if you are not 14 day vaccinated that you let us know and we will reschedule your inside service. If you still feel uncomfortable about having us in your home we will at this point simply credit your account and you can re-book a service at a time when you do feel comfortable.
