Liability and Insurance


We send every client for any service that they get performed an online consent form. This form gives us permission to be on your property in the event that you are not at home. It also tells our Insurance company that you were aware of our presence and gave us permission to be on your property. If you fail to sign and return this form to us before your service date then your service will be delayed until we receive it.

If you believe that any member of the MGS Cleaning Solutions staff damaged your property you must report it within 48 hours in writing to clientcare@mgscleaningsolutions.com


We will need the following information in order to follow up on your concern.


  1.  Order ID Number
  2. Your full Name
  3. Your address
  4. Your contact number
  5. Detailed description of what was damaged

Without this we will not open a case file. All reports MUST come via email, we will not take the information over the phone.


Below is a copy of our current Insurance policy and carries a two million dollar policy against any damage or injuries.
