How to Redeem Groupon Voucher & Book Service Date


IF YOU HAD PURCHASED A GROUPON AND HAD SERVICE DONE BY US IN THE PAST, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT THE NEW GROUPON AS YOUR CLIENT STATUS HAS CHANGED. LOG IN TO OUR SITE USING YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS AND PASSWORD TO SEE OUR MEMBER PRICING. GROUPON WILL ONLY GIVE YOU A 3 DAY WINDOW IN WHICH TO RETURN THE PURCHASE.


MGS Cleaning Solutions uses Groupon as a third party reseller ONLY. We are not part of the Groupon Company and have no information about you other than your name, what you purchased and your redemption number. Our site is a full e-commerce site which requires you to register and go through as though you are purchasing your service directly. Once you get to the checkout you can apply your coupon to reduce the price 


-Register on MGS site as “2019 Coupon Holder” Provide Groupon voucher number. Use the redemption number ONLY either starting with "MGS" or "E"


-Wait for registration approval email


-Groupon voucher number will be uploaded into MGS system overnight – proceed with order mid-morning the next day (it can take up to 24 hours)

 

-Once logged on the MGS website, click on the Category (i.e. Window Cleaning or Eaves Cleaning) Then select the particular service you bought through Groupon.


-Answer all questions


- Add To Cart


-Do any additional shopping if required


-Proceed to checkout


-Make sure all info fields are filled out (name, address, etc.) on the left side


-Put Redemption voucher number in coupon box ONLY & make sure to click on apply coupon DO NOT USE THE VOUCHER BOX.


-Scroll down to service date box beside the date box click on the calendar icon & pick service date


-Available dates are by postal code & will light up in blue


-Pay HST (Groupon does not include HST)


- Check off terms and conditions box


-Submit order

 

You will receive an almost immediate confirmation from MGS and one from our third-party payment processor Square Payments.

Within 48 hours you will receive a consent form.


The consent form must be e-signed & returned – it gives MGS legal permission to be on your property and kicks in our liability insurance. If you fail to sign and return the consent form you will NOT be put on the route for the day you had selected. Once we receive your consent you will be notified of your service date.


In addition, you will receive a service reminder the Sunday prior to your service date.
