Remember To Remove Your Screens

If you have a window pane that you want cleaned and is covered by a screen that screen MUST be removed prior to our arrival as we can not remove screens from the outside. In your reminder email you will be given a service date so simply remove them the night before.

Each home is different, so it's important that your panes are counted correctly. This will ensure that when you are ready to purchase, you get the package that's right for you.

Our definition of a window pane is: "any piece of glass, any size that is continuous, surrounded by its own frame, that can be part of an entire window makeup."

So, for instance, if you have a bay window with five glass panes in it, we would count that window as five.

Not part of the basic package: French windows with the grid on the outside of the window or door and not between the inner and outer pane. Arched panes (usually above a front door) are considered large specialty panes.

Still a little confused? See our pane-counting guide for exact information on how to count your panes of glass.

Remember, we clean panes of glass not windows!

And one final important note: if you want panes cleaned that have screens covering them, the screens must be removed prior to our arrival as our technicians do not remove screens.
