Our refund policy for non-deal site clients

All non deal site clients receive a 10 day refund policy prior to work being done

For window cleaning clients: Payment is due upon arrival.

For power washing clients: A 25% deposit is due upon booking. If for any reason you choose not to move forward with the service after booking and the booking date is more than one week you will receive 100% of the deposit. However if it is one week or less there will be no refund. Another 25% is due the day of the appointment before work commences and the final 50% is payable after the work is completed.

Our refund policy for deal site clients

We must adhere to the deal site refund policy

For window cleaning clients: Refunds greatly depend on the sites refund policy. Some sites require you to pay 100% of the deal while others only require you to pay a portion of the deal and pay the balance directly. All of our coupons are valid for one year, if you choose to ask for a refund and the site took 100% of the deal price you must deal directly with the site. We will do what the site requests. If you purchased a partial deal again you must deal directly with the site that sold you the deal. We will work with you and the site to ensure that you are satisfied.

For power washing clients: Depending on the particular deal sites refund policy we will work with you and the deal site to ensure that you are satisfied.
