MGS Cleaning Solutions has been serving the Greater Toronto Area for the past fifteen years and continues to grow year after year.

Started by Mark G Springall as a window cleaner on a mission after his own experience at the hands of what he refers to as "A Guy With a Bucket" wanting to know if he had a ladder so the window cleaner could clean the upper floors. Mark did some research only to discover that most window cleaning companies subcontract, have very little control over the quality of the work and do not ensure that these subcontractors even have insurance.

With that in mind Mark went to work on creating a professional Cleaning company, that would employ staff, to ensure the highest quality of work. Have a fully equipped vehicle so that no homeowner would ever have to face what Mark faced that day. We actually carry one 30 ft, ladder, two 26ft ladders, one 16ft ladder one 8ft ladder and one 4ft ladder. Just to be sure that we have the proper ladder for the job. We also carry our own ionized water and solution.

Our staff are uniformed and highly trained to work safely at heights and each carry the necessary equipment not only to be safe but to be able to perform their tasks quickly and efficiently with incredible results.

From 2010 - 2014 MGS concentrated on Window Cleaning only and in the fall of 2014 embarked on adding a new service of Eavestrough Cleaning, keeping in mind of safety at all times. The spring of 2015 they started power washing of driveways and patios. Then in the spring of 2016 after Mark heard about a family dying in a house fire because their dryer caught on fire, Mark researched the subject and realized that their was market segment that needed to be serviced and starting Dryer Vent Cleaning to the growing list of services offered by MGS.

To date MGS Cleaning Solutions have serviced over 4000 residents of the GTA and growing. Each truck carries a copy of our liability insurance, our techs are all uniformed and professional. Finally we are not happy until you are happy.
