PLEASE NOTE: If you have more than one leaking seam you will have to add for each seam you want repaired. When in the check out please describe where the leak is. As an example you would say " Upper front right outside corner" Our team will ensure that the seam is leaking before repairing and of course we always knock to see if you are home.

Do You Have Leaky Troughs?

There is nothing worse than getting dripped on by your eaves, usually you are in your Sunday Best and that single drip hits you on the head, on your jacket or on your new dress. It can get frustrating let alone costly.

Left alone what will happen over time is that it will start to eat away at the brick foundation and eventually find it way into your home causing not only headaches but thousands of dollars in repairs.

Most contractors will use silicone to seal the crack in the seam. Yeah it works if the seam is clean and dry but if it is not, and usually it's not this will only hold for awhile, Our techs at MGS use a permanent method, we brush in a sealant designed for troughs and then install a nylon mesh to ensure of the hold and then apply more sealant on top of the mesh to encapsulate  the mesh to ensure a strong bond.
